Job Title: Lead Program Manager, Enterprise M&A and Business Transformation Current Need: Mckesson's Lead Program Manager will participate in leading the planning, execution, and governance of complex IT separation and Transition Service Agreement (TSA) initiatives in support of a major corporate transaction. This role spans the full transaction lifecycle, managing pre-Day 1 readiness, TSA definition and enablement and post-Day 1 operational stabilization, including licensing continuity, cost optimization and rapid TSA exit planning. The Program Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure services across applications are identified, bundled, costed, enabled, and successfully transitioned to future-state operations. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
