What you will do
Provide coordination and maintenance support in the domain of bank security and physical security equipment. Ensure the effective implementation of security deliverables in line with company standards and industry best practices. Engage with vendors to guarantee that the electronic security program is consistently maintained and operational.

How you will do it

  • Deliver technical support and diagnostics for complex alarm, digital video, and card access systems.

  • Program, maintain, and update information for all Corporate Security electronic security systems.

  • Initiate service calls for repairs related to video, alarm, and card access systems.

  • Remotely program system maintenance and repairs for vendors during service operations.

  • Identify potential issues with electronic security systems and escalate risks related to unresolved items.

  • Foster positive working relationships with peers, managers, clients, integrators, vendors, tenants, and other partners.

What we look for

Required

  • Three or more years of experience in technical system support.

  • Experience with video intrusion, alarm, and access control management systems.

  • Ability to assess solutions utilizing experience, judgment, and precedents while working under moderate supervision. Capable of swiftly resolving issues or escalating when necessary.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a straightforward manner.

  • Excellent organizational, project, and time management capabilities.

  • Demonstrated aptitude for learning various software applications and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Preferred

  • Professional certification in the security industry (e.g., ASIS Physical Security Professional).

  • CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) Training.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, particularly in managing large datasets.

  • Experience with systems such as Pacom, Honeywell ProWatch, Bosch RPS, and IBM Tririga for service calls.

  • Familiarity with ticketing management systems would be advantageous.

  • Proficiency in the normal office suite is a plus.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $97,000 - 130,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
