Industrial Fabricator

• Perform metal fabrication tasks to support product builds according to specifications.
• Set up, repair, operate, and maintain fabrication/testing equipment.
• Load/unload machines and change dies, fixtures, and gauges as required.
• Ensure proper computer programs are selected and adjusted per print drawings.
• Conduct visual inspections and use gauges/calipers for first-piece and in-process checks.
• Identify and correct operating difficulties in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Perform additional duties as directed by supervisors.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of fabrication or relevant work experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret measurements accurately.
• Proficient in using calipers and tape measures (to 1/32").
• Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.
