Position Details Starting Pay: $21.00+ per hour (based on skills & experience) Shift details: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Core Hours) 4 x 10 Schedule (Monday - Thursday) OT as needed on Friday HHT Benefits Starting Day 1 Paid Time Off: 128 hours (prorated from start date) 8 Paid Holidays Access to Earnings On a Daily Basis 401kwith company match Health Care: medical, dental, and vision Additional Benefits Quarterly Profit Sharing (Eligible after 1 year of service) Tuition Reimbursement (Eligible after 6 months of service) Paid Parental Leave (Eligible after 1 year of service) $10,000 Adoption / Surrogacy Reimbursement (Eligible after 1 year of service) Assembler Duties Include Build standard and custom fireplace products using various pieces of hand tools and equipment Operate a mechanical hoist, forklift, pallet jacks, and pneumatic tools when necessary Ensure product and process meet Quality, Delivery, Cost and Safety expectations Work as a team to ensure schedule is met daily Work with others and occasionally help provide supportive training when needed A hard working, positive attitude and accountable personality Job Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs.
