Job Title: Operations Coordinator Job DescriptionThe Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing tasks before they are relayed to warehouse teams. This position requires effective coordination with the customer service team, retail teams, and call center members. Responsibilities include handling patient phone calls, troubleshooting equipment, evaluating oxygen systems, scheduling, and collaborating with hospice partners for delivery and pick-ups.
Responsibilities * Coordinate tasks before they are sent to warehouse teams. * Collaborate with customer service, retail teams, and call center members. * Handle patient phone calls and troubleshoot equipment issues. * Evaluate current oxygen systems and manage scheduling. * Work with hospice partners to arrange delivery and pick-ups. * Assist walk-in patients with equipment delivery and returns. * Manage routing and dispatch by coordinating with drivers and warehouse. * Maintain a high level of comfort with typing and using Microsoft 365 tools. Essential Skills * Proven customer service experience. * Strong operational support and data entry skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Teams and email. * Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. * Leadership qualities and project management experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Experience in the healthcare industry. * Previous team lead or shift lead experience is a plus. * Experience communicating with drivers and dispatchers. Work Environment This role is onsite from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, and can be based either in the dispatch office within the warehouse or in a cubicle due to limited space. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Berlin, WI. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
