What to Expect The Semi End of Line (EOL) Technician will be responsible for overseeing and managing the EOL operations for the Semi production line. The tech reports directly to the Team leader or Supervisor and will assist in developing his/her team to address safety, quality, and rate. Candidates must have the ability to work with various teams including NPI, General Assembly, Quality, and Engineering across a wide variety of issues. Additionally, support issue resolution including root cause investigation & corrective action tracking. You will be responsible to assist with EOL KPIs while encouraging positive and consistent problem-solving approach to develop a team.
