Medical Device Assembler - Join Our Life-Saving Team!

What You'll Do:


  • Assemble, repair, and test high-quality medical devices in a cleanroom manufacturing cell.



  • Follow detailed FDA-regulated procedures to ensure quality, safety, and full traceability.



  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership, keeping records and documentation accurate.



  • Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.



  • Work safely and maintain a positive, solutions-focused attitude every day.




What We're Looking For:


  • High School Diploma or GED - required.



  • Cleanroom experience - strongly preferred.



  • Experience using hand tools (assembly/manufacturing background a plus).



  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components.



  • Comfort following written procedures and verbal instructions.



  • Ability to prioritize, make sound judgments, and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

Important Requirements:

This role is performed in a controlled cleanroom environment. For safety and product quality, all employees must follow specific dress and hygiene requirements, including:




  • No loose fibers, glitter, sequins, or frayed clothing.



  • Clothing must fit under a lab coat/gown.



  • No nail polish, artificial nails, or makeup.



  • No jewelry that could pierce gloves or interfere with gowning.



  • Closed-toe, low-heeled shoes only (no sandals, clogs, or open-heel footwear).



  • Head coverings must comply with gowning standards.
