Staffmark is hiring a Customs Entry Specialist in Rancho Dominguez, CA! Support smooth import operations by preparing and processing customs entries, ensuring compliance, and managing post-entry work. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with strong classification skills who can work independently and collaboratively. Shift: 1st \| Monday - Friday Pay starting at $22/hr. (Depending on experience.) What You'll Do Prepare and submit customs entries with complete and accurate documentation Verify compliance with duty policies, client requirements, and billing instructions Investigate and resolve operational or entry issues, communicating with clients and customs authorities Enter billing charges into financial systems Participate in ISO audits and maintain updated documentation Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For 1+ year of customs entry or processing experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel); experience with Cognos, SAP, or CargoWise (C1) preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
