Sr. Epic Certified Technical Specialist - Campaigns

Inova Epic Revenue Cycle is looking for a dedicated Sr. Epic Certified Technical Specialist - Campaigns to join the Team. This remote role will be full-time working Monday - Friday day shift.

The Sr. Epic Certified Technical Specialist - Campaigns maintains Epic applications and facilitates updates, new releases and system enhancements. Incorporates evidence-based informatics practices into Information Technology standards and protocols. Serves as technical expert in multiple application certifications with staff to ensure optimal outcomes. Guides and develops standards for technical practice in assigned application specialties. Consistently incorporates a multidisciplinary/cross functional approach to enhance technical outcomes for assigned applications.

Sr. Epic Certified Technical Specialist - Campaigns Job Responsibilities:

• Manage intake, triage, and prioritization of new campaign requests
• Coordinate across marketing, population health, quality, digital experience, and patient access teams to streamline workflows
• Design, configure, and build campaign workflows in Epic, including message delivery testing across channels (MyChart, SMS, email)
• Partner with SMEs, business owners, and governance groups to gather requirements and align on campaign design
• Support reporting, testing, validation, and outcomes tracking throughout the campaign lifecycle
• Maintain documentation, standards, content updates, and campaign calendars in collaboration with Marketing and Digital Experience
• Drive continuous improvement, error resolution, and communication with operational leaders on campaign effectiveness and adoption

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree; or Associate's degree and 2 years relevant professional experience in addition to the minimum experience required; or HS Diploma/GED and 4 years relevant professional experience in addition to the minimum experience required
• Experience: 3 years of Epic build experience
• Certification: Epic Cheers Campaigns, Cheers Call Management, and Cadence certifications
