Summary

Dignitas Technologies has a new project that we are seeking additional engineers to support. This program requires the development of Cyber Effects and Space Models in a constructive environment.

Essential Job Functions

• Coordinates a cross-functional Agile development team utilizing the principles and tools of the Scrum Framework.
• Assumes a servant leadership role to support a self-organized team to complete Scrum projects.
• Identifies and removes impediments to progress. Facilitates sprint planning meetings, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
• Identifies and manages the backlog. Supports, coaches and mentors team members.
• Tracks daily sprint progress and maintain schedules

Specific Required Skills

Certified Scrum Master to facilitate all ceremonies and ensure scrum team is on track and executing to plan.

Synthetic Training Environment Knowledge and Experience.

Agile Coaching | Agile Management | Project Scheduling | Scope Management | Scrum Master | Stakeholder Management | Technical Project Management | Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Software | Bug Tracking Software

Experience with Constructive Simulations.

Synthetic Training Environment Knowledge and Experience.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Travel

This position has a 10% travel requirement.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelors Degree

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification

10+ years as either a System or Software Engineer

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship

Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
