What You'll Do

• 
  

  Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, delivering a positive candidate experience at every step

  
  
• 
  

  Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to develop effective recruitment strategies and selection criteria

  
  
• 
  

  Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles, including CDL drivers, operations, and exempt-level positions

  
  
• 
  

  Act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process, providing insights, recommendations, and market trends

  
  
• 
  

  Promote RelaDyne's reputation as an employer of choice through candidate interactions and recruitment initiatives

  
  
• 
  

  Ensure all hiring practices comply with employment laws and company policies

  
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  

  Proven experience in talent acquisition (driver recruiting strongly preferred)

  
  
• 
  

  Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, interviewing techniques, and applicant tracking systems

  
  
• 
  

  Excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels

  
  
• 
  

  Organized, adaptable, and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  
  
• 
  

  Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
