Role Snapshot

The Seasonal Inside Sales Representative supports the direct sales team through inbound and outbound call management. The role is accountable to solicit new business, set appointments for sales presentations, collect and document information in the CRM, and enroll new customers.

Additional Information



  • Start Date: September 23, 2025.
  • Tentative End Date: Middle of December 2025.
  • Starting Base Pay: $21.00/hour


    • Starting hourly pay may be negotiable based on experience with health Insurance sales.


  • Bonuses


    • Sales employee will be eligible for up to $1,000 in bonuses.
    • This bonus is part of our sales program.


  • WI Health Insurance Licensing:


    • Employee will have 30 days from start of employment to obtain their WI Health insurance license. If currently living outside of WI you need to possess a valid Wisconsin Health Insurance License before hire.


  • Work Location:


    • 100% remote opportunity for the below approved states. Wisconsin residents are preferred. If you live outside of Wisconsin you will need to have your Wisconsin Health Insurance License before being hired.

In this role you will:



  • Support new business sales initiatives and provide backup support for the agency sales team.
  • Provide information to prospective members on Medicare and plan options to drive growth and achieve sales goals.
  • Assist with prospect follow-ups, scheduling, and documentation in the CRM.
  • Provide support for webinars including pre-webinar reminders and chat support.
  • Identify prospective member needs and assist in enrollment to Medicare Supplement plans.

Minimum Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration or related field or equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • Wisconsin Health and Life Insurance license or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.
  • 1 or more years of health insurance, customer service or sales experience.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of Medicare and Medicare Supplement plans.
  • Ability to work both independently and part of a team.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Proficiency in CRM software.
