Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Showroom Coordinator to join our team in Chicago, IL.



As a Showroom Coordinator you will:


Provide diversified guest services to the showroom, delivering exceptional client hospitality while providing comprehensive administrative and operational support. In this fast-paced, ever-evolving setting, you'll partner with the Sales Director, Showroom Manager, and broader team to coordinate events, manage special projects, and ensure a seamless, memorable customer experience.

Essential Functions

  • Projects Haworth's brand with polished professionalism, greeting every showroom guest and caller, swiftly routing them to the right team member and forwarding messages, ensuring an exceptional front-of-house experience.
  • Assists with guest visits and events from start to finish-handling catering, room prep/cleanup, agendas, security badges, client gift preparations, guest transport and parking validation, and keeps visitors and team informed; supports post visit follow-up.
  • Assists clients and dealers with pricing information, gathering samples, product loans, and literature to support area sales efforts.
  • Delivers comprehensive showroom and administrative support-handling reception/phones, mail and couriers, office supplies, opening/closing procedures, and assisting with social media campaigns. May assist with showroom tours and provide support to walk-in clientele.
  • Maintains client-ready space ensuring organization and cleanliness of showroom. Assists in showroom maintenance, product displays and technology.
  • Performs data entry and prepares various reports and correspondence; maintains overall record-keeping to keep operations seamless and information current for the entire team. Assists with proposals as needed.
  • Maintains sales support materials, including, but not limited to, literature, sales binders, and fabric/finish samples.
  • Maintains Client Visit Calendar and tracking, utilizing CRM. Assists with compiling accurate reports on showroom visits.
  • Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
  • Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
  • Performs other duties within scope as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Education:



  • High school diploma or equivalent



Work Experience:



  • 1 year of related administrative duties

Additionally:



  • Ability to work onsite in Chicago, IL without relocation assistance.
  • Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Showroom management or hospitality experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Interior design and architecture

Compensation and Benefits

Haworth offers a competitive total rewards package including base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set, and location. For those in eligible roles, sales incentive bonuses may be awarded in recognition of individual achievements and contributions. This role offers a salary range of 42k to 70k, depending on candidate experience, education, and skill set.
