Job Title: Systems Test Engineer Location: Oklahoma City, OK 73135 Duration: 12 months assignment with possible extension Shift Schedule: 7:00 AM- 4:30 PM (9x80 schedule) Pay Rate: $64/hour on W2 without benefits Requested Security Clearance: Active Secret Role & Responsibilities: Develop tests based on requirements, execute the testing and verify functional requirements. Operates the airborne mission systems equipment in the integration laboratory. Applies systems engineering processes, methodologies and tools to the integration of system requirements Creates test procedures and documents test results to ensure Mission Systems integration requirements are met. Performs data analysis to document evidence of compliance to requirements. Gathers information to support integration project management. Documents deployed processes and tools and collect metrics. Troubleshoots mission systems integration issues with the hardware and software engineers. Basic Qualifications: AWACS/E-7 operator or Ground based operator or tester (any will do) Project Engineering experience Preferred Qualifications/Desired Skills: Link-16/BLOS/DLO Operator / MAJIC / Planner classes or JICO patch. ES/EW operator / Electronic Warfare college. Airborne Radio Technician / Comm technician. Former AWACS operator preferred. Project Description: Work with engineers to develop track and execute a schedule. Coordinate with other groups for their inputs and status. Communicate status of a project to management. Leads project execution and Identifies performance metrics. Assist with the communication and implementation of Program Integration initiatives. Experience with Earn Value Management, Scheduling tools, budgets, and Risk Management. Travel Comments: Yes, 2-3 times a year to Germany. Typical Education/Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.).
