The role of the Administrative Assistant focuses on providing excellent administrative expertise and support to business leaders. Administrative Assistants perform a variety of tasks in support of these leaders, their leadership teams and the company including; calendar management, travel and expense support, while providing excellent customer service and acting as a strategic partner to leaders.  KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 
 Manage multiple complex calendarsManage meetings and event coordination (may include all logistics for offsite, agendas, document creation, etc.)Create and proofread all materials for accuracies and clarityManage phone calls, email, file organization, office storage and office suppliesManage global travel including; visa/passport request, travel arrangements, and expense reportsMaintain organizational charts and distribution lists for all areas being supportedInteraction with individuals from all levels of the organizationFunction as liaison for leaders in contacting individuals outside the organizationPrepare effective and accurate PowerPoint presentationsData entrySharePoint site administrationOther duties and special projects as assigned
 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

 The salary range for this position is $50400.00 - $69400.00 / Annually. At General Mills we strive for each employee's pay at any point in their career to reflect their experiences performance and skills for their current role. The salary range for this role represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
