The Role: The Sales Development Representative is responsible for supporting the Sales team in selling CPI's training programs to targeted organizations. This role will provide direct sales support via multi-channel outbound strategies, leveraging multiple sales technologies, primarily focusing on prospective customers in our core markets. What You Get To Do Everyday: 
 You Need to Have:Generate interest in CPI training programs, engage with prospective customers, and schedule meetings with prospects and the CPI Territory Account Managers and Enterprise Sales Executives.Manage a pipeline of leads via Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, reporting on pipeline status regularly.Deliver warm leads to the Territory Account Managers and Enterprise Sales teams.Utilize sales generation tools, cold calling, and emailing to generate new sales opportunities.Support leadership when asked by actively participating in projects and/or assignments within the department or cross-departmentally.Identify and share best practices for refining the company's lead-generation playbook with team members and leadership.Serve as a key member of the Sales Development Team.Assist in the professional development of other team members through job shadowing, formal training, and serving as the point of contact for additional questions.Perform other position-related duties as assigned.
