Business related transportation and expenses will be paid by the organization. This intern will work full-time through the summer of 2026. The internship is located out of our Fond du Lac, WI office location. The contributions you will make: This internship involves working with and assisting the Lending and Insurance sales team in providing agricultural, financial and insurance services to clients. The intern will develop the ability to combine agricultural and business knowledge with an understanding of each client's current financial position in order to provide solutions to meet client need. The intern will assist the sales team with marketing Compeer's services and other related services to clients and prospective clients based upon the individual's need for these products. The intern will also collaborate with other team members throughout the organization to gain an understanding of the broader business. How we will take care of you: Actual hourly rate offered is dependent upon year in school, work experience, transferable skills, business needs and market demands. The hourly rate range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
