Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
Salary Range: $140,000- $200,00k, Based on Experience

General Responsibilities
As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, you will lead all phases of electrical engineering projects-from proposal development through construction completion. You'll manage budgeting, scheduling, planning, design, and specifications, while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.


Design & Technical Leadership
* Apply advanced electrical engineering concepts to solve complex problems
* Lead electrical design efforts for industrial and aerospace facilities
* Perform complex engineering and economic calculations and modeling
* Develop specifications (including Division 1) and construction estimates
* Peer review large-scale electrical projects and produce detailed reports


Project Management & Collaboration
* Manage multiple long-term projects involving senior engineers and subconsultants
* Seal drawings and provide technical direction to design teams
* Lead construction meetings, review submittals, and produce punch lists and meeting reports
* Participate in client presentations and professional organizations


Job Requirements
Technical Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
* U.S. Citizenship required for clearance
* Registered Professional Engineer License (preferred)
* 5-10 years of electrical design experience (7+ years preferred for industrial/aerospace)
* Demonstrated ability to lead electrical design projects
* Strong project management skills


Software & Code Proficiency
* NEC (National Electrical Code)
* AutoCAD
* ETAP or SKM
* Revit
