The targeted hiring range for this part-time position is $15.00 - $19.50 plus commission depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Job Description

Join our dynamic retail team in Laurel, United States, as a Part-Time Retail Associate! We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service and contribute to our store's success.

  • Guide customers through our Ultimate Fit Experience, ensuring their satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships
  • Promote and sell our premium products, educating customers on features and benefits
  • Provide appropriate accessory recommendations to complement customer purchases
  • Achieve and exceed daily productivity and sales goals
  • Maintain the sales floor presentation, store signage, and housekeeping standards
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies through continuous learning
  • Assist in daily store operations and maintain a safe work environment
  • Generate industrial sales leads and support business growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
  • Utilize company software and technology for inventory management and sales tracking
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales ability and results-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in computer utilization and point-of-sale systems
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual merchandising
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, squat, and stand for extended periods
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
  • Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of retail footwear industry (desirable)
  • Willingness to perform housekeeping duties as needed
