Program Management Manager - NSK Corporation

The Company

The Program Management Manager Role

Responsible for planning, controlling, and coordinating the Program Management activities of the business unit. Lead new program launch projects for major programs in accordance with NSK established Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and New Product Development System (NPDS) methods while ensuring the programs meet NSK and customer objectives for timing, product performance, and cost.

Responsibilities



  • Oversee the development of comprehensive project plans that include timelines, estimated costs, and resource allocation.
  • Prepare and manage department program budgets.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for project and program managers.
  • Coordinate and monitor the execution of multiple complex projects.
  • Ensure alignment between projects and existing business needs.
  • Oversee the development, monitoring, and evaluation of appropriate project metrics, milestones, and expectations. Ensure adherences to project timelines, budgets, methods, and guidelines, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Evaluate and analyze completed projects to identify areas for methodological and procedural improvements.
  • Direct the project reporting process, including the frequency and content of updates.
  • Regularly communicate with project/program managers and other stakeholders to monitor project progress.
  • Research, identify, and implement appropriate project-management methodologies, policies, and procedures.


Qualifications



  • This job requires a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and at least ten (10) years of position-related experience.
