The purpose of this role is to support Print and Fulfillment Services. The primary focus is to provide support for print and fulfillment service processes to our vendor/partners in their daily responsibility of providing excellent service and support to the Sales, Marketing & Service Division.

Your Day to Day

  • Provide insight into print/fulfillment/warehouse service processes to our vendor/partners
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently, with minimal direction and the ability to shift priorities as needed to suit the business need
  • Resolve issues/make decisions to ensure timely resolution of Logistics issues
  • Monitor the flow of orders off-of the Blue Serve Connect, NASCO & TPS Systems
  • Track production data and look for opportunities to improve operation or increase efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate recording and reporting of all data relevant to service delivery and expectations
  • Daily coordination with vendors for outsourced fulfillment to ensure timely delivery of collateral to members, accounts and brokers
  • Contribute to a team effort to meet or exceed service, production and quality goals
  • Identify processing/quality control issues and work with team members including vendor/partners to overcome problems and implement solutions
  • Assist with mentoring and cross-training fellow associates to ensure accurate and efficient order processing and execution of daily activities

We're Looking for:

  • Experienced professionals with excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated success in working as part of a functional service team
  • Knowledge and experience in working in a production environment
  • Self-starter with a high level of initiative and the ability to carry out responsibilities with general supervision to meet business needs in a high volume, fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Strong customer service delivery, analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, remain flexible and exercise solid judgment under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Knowledge of Microsoft Access a plus
  • Knowledge of BCBSMA data systems required; BSC, NASCO, TPS, RTMS, OLB, AMS

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • College degree or comparable experience preferred
  • 2 plus years of Print/Fulfillment/Warehouse operations experience required
Minimum Education Requirements:

High school degree or equivalent required unless otherwise noted above

LocationHingham Time TypeFull time Salary Range: $72,390.00 - $83,820.00

The job posting range is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.

This job is also eligible for variable pay.
