Who we are looking for Purpose
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Incentive Compensation (IC) Manager to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of sales incentive programs across our AIR and CARE business units. This role is critical in ensuring that IC plans are not only well-designed but also accurately executed, motivating the field force and aligning with business objectives. The IC Manager will maintain and optimize IC platforms such as Zayden and SalesIQ, support existing sales teams, and prepare scalable IC solutions for upcoming product launches. We are looking for a candidate willing to support the hybrid working model from the Cary, NC office. Main Responsibilities
