Copper River Shared Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team! The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support multiple operating companies under the Copper River Shared Services umbrella. This position will focus heavily on recruiting for blue-collar, SCA, and high-volume roles. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and hiring priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
* Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume, blue-collar, and SCA roles across multiple operating companies.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
* Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract and engage candidates in competitive markets.
* Leverage a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, ATS databases, social media, professional networks, trade schools, community outreach, and employee referrals.
* Screen resumes, conduct candidate assessments, and evaluate qualifications for alignment with job requirements.
* Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, maintain consistent communication with candidates, and support offer preparation and negotiations.
* Deliver an excellent candidate experience by providing clear, timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
* Ensure accurate and timely data entry, tracking, and reporting in the Applicant Tracking System.
* Support proposal efforts, surge staffing requirements, and contract transitions when needed.

Essential Job Requirements:

* Experience:
o Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
o 2-4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume, blue-collar, or SCA environments.
o Experience supporting federal/government contracting recruitment is strongly preferred.
o Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Greenhouse preferred.

* Skills:
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple operating companies.
o Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
o Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on results.

Position Pay Range
$60,000 $80,000 USD
