Description

The Property Supervisor ensures that all phases of the property operate smoothly and efficiently by planning and implementing procedures according to OPCS standards on a daily basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1 Oversee the daily operation of the property and monitor the work completed by the property staff.

2 Supervisors housing monitors, safety technician, and third-party vendors.

3 Assists Director with capital planning including new construction and renovation.

4 Completes weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports, as required.

5 Maintains professional and positive relationships with agencies, owners/boards and public officials.

6 Attend meetings, as required.

7 Assists in resolving resident problems, conflicts, and lease violations and documents these activities.

8 Walks properties daily to ensure they are maintained in a clean, safe, and attractive manner.

9 Prepares the property for any audits or inspections.

10 Reports major emergencies or incidents to the Director and completes and submits Incident Reports as needed.

11 Responds to major emergencies (fire, flood, violent crime, etc.) that cannot be managed by the employee on-call. Respond to the property within 30 minutes in case of such an emergency.

12 Stays current on industry trends and changes in regulatory regulations.

13 Monitors staff compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, MSDS, employee safety policy and other applicable codes and regulations.

14 Reviews, adjusts, and approves payroll for employees.

15 Coordinates and provides regular training and professional development for the team and assesses performance regularly.

16 Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent and experience related to working in a professional setting. Excellent verbal and written communication and administrative skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Ability to multi-task. Ability to navigate Microsoft Office programs with ease. Valid Arizona driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Pay Rate - $46,633 - $57,262 - $67,870

In accordance with pay transparency, the salary reflected in this posting is the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate's current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position. Salary placement is typically between the minimum and mid-point of the salary range.
