Evolver Federal is seeking a Program Manager to satisfy a requirement for a potential government client.

Responsibilities:

The Program Manager shall oversee the development and execution of programs, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of contractual items under the contract terms and conditions. Serving as the primary point of contact with the client, the Program Manager will perform day-to-day management of contract execution, which may involve multiple tasks and groups of personnel at various locations on a single project. This role includes establishing and maintaining technical and financial reports to demonstrate project progress, delegating responsibilities to subordinates, and overseeing the successful completion of contract or task orders.

The Program Manager acts as the Contractor's primary representative and official liaison with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), the contract-level Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), government leadership, and customer agency personnel. This role is solely dedicated to overseeing the contract and may not be combined with any other responsibilities under the awarded agreement. The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring high performance across all aspects of the contract, including setting and maintaining work standards, assigning schedules, resolving discrepancies, supervising Contractor staff, and clearly communicating organizational policies, goals, and expectations. Additionally, they manage all staffing decisions related to the task order and maintain accountability for government-furnished equipment, whether used on-site or off site, throughout the duration of the contract.

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration Alternatively, 5 years of directly related experience may substitute for a degree
  • 5 years of experience in IT support, service management, or a closely related field
  • 5 years of demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and personnel across diverse task areas
  • 5 years of experience in supervising teams and coordinating task execution to ensure project alignment and efficiency
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with proven project leadership skills
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v4 Foundations certification



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Proficient in leveraging automated tools like Microsoft Office to effectively communicate ideas, present data, and generate reports
  • Solid understanding of IT applications and services, including network infrastructure, computing and communication systems, industry protocols, and federal standards for information security and device configuration
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to convey complex information clearly
  • Familiarity with Project Lifecycle Methodologies (PMLC) and their practical application
  • Hands-on experience with Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) frameworks for process improvement
