You are a detailed-oriented and policy-driven self-starter who will act as a liaison between Order to Cash, Sales & Service, and Risk & Audit. You will use your analytical and interpersonal skills to drive change within Sales Credit policies, processes, and automation. You will collaborate with various teams to resolve discrepancies, increase communication & visibility, and create consistency as it relates to Sales Credit calculations and policies.

What you will do:

  • Deliver high level service to our partners in Sales & Service by resolving sales credit and policy issues in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy among various teams, and clearly communicating policy and procedures.

  • Review and inspect sales credit transactions and policy implementations to ensure compliance and reduce error rate.

  • Communicate clarifications and changes of policy and sales credit payments to key stakeholders.

  • Analyze data and trends to recommend policy and process enhancements.

  • Identify areas for technical developments and automation regarding sales credit processing and calculation.

  • Collaborate with sales & service and other strategic partners to resolve sales credit disputes.

  • Update and support sales credit reports with key metrics to guide strategic decisions.

You need to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business.

  • 4 years' experience in business operations, sales operations, or related field.

  • Demonstrated experience in business systems including Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and SAP.

  • An ability to analyze data and present the findings in a simple manner.

  • An ability to navigate ambiguity, while simultaneously making recommendations to eliminate it.
