Warehousing / Material Handling- Responsible for all material handling activities to include: receipt, issue, stocking, inbound and outbound deliveries, loading, offloading, expeditor activities, and heavy equipment operations to include forklift operation.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the care and handling of materials, maintenance and upkeep of all facility and yard storage locations and housekeeping.
- Promote safe work environment
- Have good communication skills to ensure customers needs are met in a timely manner
- Inventory Management: Work collectively with field workers and warehouse personnel for the optimizing of inventory stock
- Plan for seasonal demands and provide oversite for stock adjustments
- Help ensure proper manpower staffing levels are available to manage/prioritize workload
- Utilizes existing systems and processes to manage materials inventory, orders and distribution (SAP, EAM, SJEQ Warehouse App, etc)
- Aids in development and improvement of new or existing processes for streamlined operations
- OSSDs - Management and resolution of all incorrect materials as it relates to damaged, short or incorrect materials thru vendor credits or material replacement
- Adheres to the company's values - integrity, ownership, urgency, alignment, and innovation
- Supports company vision and mission
- Adheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and is punctual to work, meetings and conducts activities in a professional manner
Other Job Responsibilities:
- Assists operations and maintenance as needed

Qualifications:
- Zero - Three (0-3) years minimum experience required in warehouse operations.
- Oil and gas field experience preferred
- Experience working contract for Hilcorp preferred
- Ability to follow proper methods, procedures, and safety precautions of line work
- Ability to work established work schedule.
- Ability to stand and walk on concrete regularly and for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry 50lbs occasionally
- Ability to make deliveries to remote areas in all types of weather conditions
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions
- Ability to accurately solve problems
- Ability to be available 24 hours per day (on call for questions, emergencies, etc.)
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, and the public
- Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities
- Ability to consider safety in all decisions.
Education Requirements:
- Graduation from a high school or GED equivalent or any equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating sufficient knowledge, ability and skill to handle the duties and responsibilities of the position.
