Role Summary

Quanterix has an open Human Resource Business Partner role to support our global Commercial organization, this role will serve as both a strategic partner and a hands-on, operational resource. You'll play a key role in supporting the evolving needs of our highly skilled commercial team, helping leaders build scalable teams, navigate ambiguity, and cultivate an inclusive, high-performing culture that aligns with business objectives. You will work closely with leaders to drive our people strategies that promote employee engagement, development, and retention, while also managing operational HR activities. Your ability to balance strategic foresight with the ability to dive into day-to-day support will be key in this role.

What you'll do



  • Act as a thought partner for leadership across the Global Commercial organization, helping to shape and execute the people strategy that drives business success.





  • Advice on org design, team structures, employee development, and retention planning.





  • Translate business strategies into talent plans, supporting product roadmaps and enabling the Commercial teams with succession and capability planning.





  • Provide operational HR support to managers and employees on day-to-day issues such as employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and HR system transactions, ensuring smooth operations.





  • Leverage data and analytics to guide decision-making, monitor trends (e.g. attrition, engagement, promotion, & hiring trends), and offer insights tailored to a commercial organization





  • Support engagement initiatives that improve employee experience and build a culture of innovation and inclusivity across the teams.





  • Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions by driving change management strategies that maintain employee engagement





  • Execute commercial talent acquisition strategies that attract top talent while ensuring quality candidate experience.





  • Drive HR cycles; performance reviews, compensation planning, and succession, ensuring alignment with business strategy, while utilizing HR for operational efficiency.





  • Collaborate closely with HR colleagues to deliver aligned, practical people solutions that support business goes and enhance the employee experience



Required Qualifications



  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including supporting a commercial organization.





  • Bachelors in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field.





  • Both a strategic thinker and a hands-on partner who can support day-to-day HR operations while influencing higher-level people strategy.





  • Solid understanding of HR operations and HR system knowledge



Preferred Qualifications



  • Global experience working with international Employer of Record





  • Demonstrated understanding of commercial and corporate cultures





  • Familiar with matrix organizations and can influence across the matrix





  • Comfortable partnering with leaders with different technical acumen, and you can flex your style to influence analytically driven or risk-sensitive decision-makers.





  • Experienced in supporting high-change environments





  • Experience with HR technology systems (e.g., Paycor, ATS platforms and workforce analytics platforms) optimizing these systems for efficiency and insight.





  • Experience in coaching and supporting People Leaders at all levels, helping them navigate global employee relations.





  • Effective communicator with the ability to build trust and relationships across all levels of the organization.





  • Thrive in an environment that requires flexibility and adaptability, as you manage both strategic priorities and immediate operational needs.

Expected base salary range: $95,000 - 115,000

The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. Actual base pay will be based on a variety of factors including skills, competencies, experience and job-related factors permitted by law.
