Certara is currently seeking a professional and experienced Program Manager, Highspot Administration (Technical) to support our Commercial organization. The successful Program Manager, Highspot Administration will be responsible for overseeing the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Highspot sales enablement platform. This includes managing content, users, permissions, partner portal, overall governance and integrations, as well as ensuring the platform effectively supports the sales team's needs. The PM will serve as the lead for projects related to Highspot, such as implementing new features or integrations.

The incumbent will serve as a bridge between the technical aspects of the Highspot platform and the needs of the sales organization, ensuring the platform is effectively leveraged to drive sales success. This role will be a member of the Readiness Operations team of the Commercial business unit.

The program manager will work collaboratively with stakeholders around the business at all levels. The successful PM will provide consultative, practical, and hands-on participation that supports both the software and services commercial entities. This PM will organize a roadmap of programs/projects and while driving to completion, provide analytical data, utilization and other key metrics as requested.

The selected candidate will be expected to work primarily Eastern Standard hours, but must be flexible to work during EMEA and APAC time zones as needed given the global nature of the Commercial business unit.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Highspot-related inquiries and support requests from the sales team
  • Manage and optimize the Highspot platform to support the sales team in accessing, organizing, and sharing content effectively
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to understand their needs and customize Highspot to align with sales strategies and goals
  • Train sales team members on how to effectively use Highspot to enhance their productivity and improve sales outcomes
  • Develop playbooks within the Highspot platform (including learning modules and development)
  • Analyze data and metrics within Highspot to measure content effectiveness and sales engagement, and identify areas for improvement to ensure alignment with evolving business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and customer success to ensure alignment and integration of Highspot with other systems and processes
  • Coach teams and lead planning and execution activities across teams, ensuring alignment and continuous improvement activities
  • Understand the underlying team dynamics and help remove blockers for best operation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or technology related field. Candidates with equitable related years of experience to a degree will be considered
  • At least 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or a similar role, with a focus on digital tools (specifically in-depth knowledge of Highspot's features, functionality, and best practices)
  • Demonstrated proficiency with tools such as Excel, SharePoint, Trello, PowerPoint and Confluence
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a comfortability to train and support sales team members (technical and non-technical)
  • Ability to plan, execute, and manage projects related to Highspot
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues related to Highspot and its integration with other systems (ex. Salesforce)
  • Demonstrated analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive actionable insights
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage content effectively with the ability to set priorities, track work and be transparent
  • Prior experience interfacing with senior leadership, marketing and product teams
  • PMP certification and/or experience within a PMO is an asset
