ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Manager of Compliance is administratively responsible to the Director of Safety. The Manager of Compliance is responsible for ensuring the airline's full compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements. This role leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of compliance programs in alignment with aviation industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Duties shall include but not be limited to the following:
