Position Summary Columbia University's AI4VS Lab is seeking a Research Assistant to contribute to projects at the intersection of AI and medical diagnostics. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on novel AI-driven solutions aimed at transforming clinical practice, with a specific focus on ophthalmic imaging and its connections to systemic health. Responsibilities As a Research Assistant, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and evaluating advanced AI algorithms for various medical applications. The role requires experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, Tensorflow, etc.), and expertise training large-scale language and vision models.
