The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. Position Summary The Marketing Strategy & Enablement team in the Office of Alumni Relations and Development (OAD) is composed of three teams: Marketing Analytics & Performance, Marketing Content & Creative, and Marketing Optimization & Integration. The Marketing Optimization & Integration team works closely with cross-functional teams to use industry-leading technology to deliver omni-channel campaigns that reach constituents on their channel of choice, at the right time, with the right content. Reporting to the Associate Director, Marketing Initiatives, the Digital Experience Ambassador is a critical member of the team and is responsible for engaging constituents of the institution on a personal (one-to-one) level, primarily through digital channels. The primary objective of this role is to build and maintain strong relationships, promote philanthropic engagement, and ultimately solicit support to advance the mission and goals of the University. By strengthening alumni and donor connections through personalized outreach and digital engagement, the Digital Experience Ambassador directly contributes to Columbia's mission of education, research, and service to society. This position offers a unique opportunity for a motivated student to gain valuable experience in fundraising and digital engagement while contributing to the institution's mission and sustained success.
