Job Summary/Overview This position will work within the assembly area. The primary focus of this position will be on assembling custom conveyors along with corresponding accessories, testing the conveyor, and packaging the final product for parcel freight shipments. Work Schedule Monday-Thursday 2:00pm-12:30am Location Sussex, WI Essential Duties and Responsibilities Uses a variety of hand tools to assemble all components of the conveyor according to print/work order. Inspects finished product for defects and performs quality checks. Troubleshoots non-conforming parts throughout the assembly process. Expedites orders as needed. Collaborates with Engineers and Sales. Maintain a safe and clean environment, and perform 5S tasks as required. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities A team player with excellent communication skills. Strong mechanical aptitude and solid blueprint reading skills. Ability to deal with ambiguous/undefined problems. Ability to be flexible and adjust priories to reflect changing needs or job demands. Strong attention to detail. Required Qualifications Highschool Diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred 1+ years of assembly experience preferred Ability to lift/lower/push/pull up to 40 lbs. safely Compensation $20-25+/per hour depending on experience $2/per hour shift premium Benefits 4-Day work week Free coffee daily 11 paid holidays Vacation and sick time Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, effective day 1 401(k) Paid parental leave Tuition assistance Disability insurance
