Starkey Hearing Foundation is hiring a Warehouse & Materials Coordinator in our Mission Operations Group. This position is responsible for ensuring the timely shipping of all international mail and shipments departing from the Starkey Hearing Foundation, ensuring that all items are shipped in accordance with established procedures. The role is also responsible for the pick-up and delivery of products between the Warehouse and other designated areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the timely shipping of all international and local shipments departing from Starkey Hearing Foundation (SHF).

• Box, weigh, and label
• Receive incoming material from Suppliers/Vendors and SHF
• Be aware of priorities and urgent material to arrive.
• Prepare paperwork (airbill, certificate of origin, certificate of compliance, bill of lading, SED).
• Conduct tracers on shipments that are lost
• Prepare documentation and ship flammable liquids
• Maintain daily shipping list
• Note and communicate shipping discrepancies, defects, and missing information on BOL, PO or Shipment list.
• Enter Delivery Performance if applicable
• Check and Verify shipment quality and shipment material vs packing slip (part numbers and quantities).
• Check and Sort material by sub inventory source location or to whose attention.

• Ensure all items are shipped according to procedure
  
  
  
  • Contact freight forwarders for shipping quotes and to schedule pick-ups.
  • Send out shipping confirmations to clients
  • Answer questions from other departments within SHF
  • Research shipping regulations for proper shipping
  
  
  
  
• Manage shipping requirements to Champions & Partners globally.
  
  
  
  • Prepare commercial invoices.
  • Count packages and sign proof of delivery if required.
  • Communicate with leadership about problems, shipping instructions, and urgent rush orders
  • Keep files for each account and all their shipments
  • Prioritize workload
  
  
  
  
• Ensure that products and materials reach their designated destinations within all Starkey buildings
  
  
  
  • Pick up and deliver materials to the warehouse
  
  
  
  
• Ensure materials are delivered in a timely manner to champions and partners.
• Manage inventory
  
  
  
  • Pick and ship orders
  • Maintain inventory control
  
  
  
  
• Other duties/responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

The target pay range for this position is $17.02/hour - $25.23/ per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
