The Account Specialist I role plays an important role in Mobile Solutions working with OEM customers in a variety of ways. This role offers great opportunity for learning, growth, and development within the organization. This position works directly with internal teams as well as external customers in support of the Mobile Solutions Sales team. This role is suited for someone who is well organized and detail oriented. The position requires strong verbal and written communication skills, allowing them to develop customer relationships resulting in profitable sales. Ideal candidates must be able to work out of our Bloomington, MN office on a hybrid schedule.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Maintain long-term customer relationships with focus on stellar customer experience.

  • Prepare quotations for customers and ensure thorough and timely follow up with the customer.

  • Prepare basic revenue performance analysis (price, margin, cost) and propose price.

  • Complete internal sales tasks with limited direction from Account Manager/Supervisor.

  • Receive and process customer inquiries in relation to pricing, lead-time, product offering,and complaints through efficient, prompt, and friendly professional communication.

  • Support APD project tasks (streamline, derivative, import, paint & pack): internal and external meetings, follow-up, meet customers' deadlines.

  • Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ Years of Professional Experience

  • 1 year+ experience working in a customer facing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

  • Proficient in CRM and Oracle.

Relocation: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.

Annual Salary Range : $54,600 - $68,900.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, performance. Based on work location, geographic adjustment is included.

This position is eligible for sales incentive or commission plan, based on sales targets under company policy.
