Associate System Administrator (E3)

Chelsea Groton is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our Technology Services team as an Associate System Administrator. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience supporting and configuring a wide range of systems-from Microsoft 365 and Cisco networking to voice systems and proprietary banking applications. You'll provide essential technical support to teams across the organization during banking hours and assist with high-level emergencies as needed. Responsibilities and Requirements vary based on job level. Expectations include:

• Assists in maintaining users in Active Directory, VMware Horizon View, MS Teams Phone, Call Center, Jabber, M365, Intune environments as well as documenting all changes.
• Provides support for Horizon View virtual desktops used by team members.
• Monitors and analyzes the bank's SIEM data and performs security operations within Microsoft 365 Defender, including threat detection and response.
• Collaborates with vendors and partners-under supervision-to upgrade, update, and manage projects involving applications, software, and hardware.
