Job Description Summary As a Medical Laboratory Scientist II, you'll play a critical role in diagnostic testing by performing and overseeing both waived and non-waived tests in accordance with CLIA standards. Working independently and collaboratively, you'll ensure accurate, timely results that impact patient care. You'll also take on additional responsibilities, including quality control, staff training, and daily lab operations oversight.
