GEOINT Collection Manager, Mid

The Opportunity:

With all the information available today, it takes a skilled Collection Manager to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our military every day, we need a Collection Manager like you to do just that. As a Collection Manager, you use your specialized technical and functional experience as well as your attention to detail to develop collection products, analytics, and assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to inform our nation's leaders.

As a GEOINT Collection Manager on our team, you'll help your client understand and implement the most efficient strategies to acquire the data they require. Using your understanding of various collection platforms, you'll explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources, including SIGINT, GEOINT, and MASINT. You'll validate information and apply client tradecraft as you refine collection strategies against existing and emerging problem sets. As the authority on your discipline, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.

You Have:

  • Knowledge of capabilitiesin GIMS functionalities, such as GIN Creation, GIN Modifications, or OOI Queries

  • Ability to analyze and integrate data to efficiently and effectively identify patterns or trends and draw reasonable, logical conclusions for complex GEOINT problems

  • Ability to develop and implement situation-driven strategies to effectively perform GEOINT collection

  • Ability to test and evaluate, and verify the integration ofnew capabilities and procedures in GIMS

  • Ability to maintain a Supplier Management database as well as technical data within GIMS

  • Ability to provide crisis support for "must have" collection and mitigate missed opportunities

  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraphexam

  • HS diploma or GED and 4+ years of experience with GEOINT, Associate's degree and 2+ years of experience with GEOINT, or Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience with GEOINT

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience in writing various procedures and policies for the tasking of GEOINT systems

  • Experience interacting with mission partners across the IC on integration and tasking issues

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software

  • Knowledgeof AI/ML and how it relates to GEOINT

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

  • GEOINT Professional Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
