Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of ConnectiveRx is currently hiring for aSr. Benefits Administrator rolefor a temporary assignment in Whippany, New Jersey.

Reporting to the Director of Benefits & HRIS, also supports the Benefits team to administer a range of core functions related to benefits administration, leave management, and 401K support. This position is a blended role that supports both Benefits Administration and Retirement Plan activities. This role is the foundation for a Benefits professional career path. This position has a pivotal and wide range of communications within the organization that includes Human Resources, employees, managers, and executives.

Essential Functions:
* Assists employees in understanding the organization's benefits offerings and acts as a liaison between the organization and third-party benefits providers. Conducts orientation or enrollment meetings, advises on eligibility, costs, and coverage, and provides information for use in memos, presentations, or other benefits communications. Provides guidance during claims or enrollment processes. Maintains records related to benefits plan participation or contributions. Performs a range of activities that include New Hire enrollments, Open Enrollment, Qualified Life Events, etc. Responds to inquiries made to the Benefits mailbox. Manages carrier billing and submits for approval.

* Reviews supporting docs for 401K requests & files as needed. Escalates, 410K or technical issues to appropriate team members as needed and works with the Ascensus representative to resolve day-to-day issues. Works directly with carrier account contacts or concierge service to resolve benefits issues. Supports Cobra activities with the Vendor. Reviews the list of pending EOI for voluntary life enrollments. Supports other projects as needed.

* Minimal travel required.

* Knowledge of Benefits and Retirement Plan Administration
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills along with Org Plus. Excellent communication skills and able to interface with all levels of employees from entry level to executives.
* 5-7 years of administrative positions in Benefits.
* Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Strong analytical, organizational and prioritization skills, exemplary customer-service orientation. Ability to multi-task.

Bachelor's degree required.
