BARTENDER

Do you want to mix cocktails in a space where history and hospitality come together? The Stella Hotel & Ballroom is a boutique hotel housed in a beautifully restored Elks Club building from the early 1900's. We're looking for passionate part-time bartenders who are ready to create exceptional experiences for our guests with every pour!

The Stella Hotel & Ballroom team members are passionate about their work and also like to have fun! Our company was also voted "Best Place To Work". We offer flexible work schedules, and for those who are interested, cross-training in a variety of positions and the opportunity to learn the hotel industry.

As a Bartender at The Stella you'll deliver standout service by:

Mixing signature and classic cocktails with style and precision.
Engaging with guests to create personalized, memorable service.
Keeping the bar spotless, stocked, and ready for action.
Offering food and drink suggestions that wow our guests.
Ensuring all alcohol service complies with ID and age requirements.
Processing transactions with speed and accuracy.
Helping set the tone for a fun, inviting bar experience.

The position is ideal for someone with the following experience and qualities:

One to two years of previous bartending experience.
A positive attitude.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to speak, read, write and understand English.
Dependability and regular attendance.
Ability to work evenings and weekends.
Food Handlers Card.
City of Kenosha Bartender's License
