This position provides analysis and support to PGA TOUR Events leadership to significantly enhance forward looking product analytics by market. Take ownership and lead on internal sales/revenue reporting, and assist in the development of forecasts, initiatives, projects, and process improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Analytics or related field required.

  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience in analytics; CRM systems (Salesforce/KORE) and Tableau experience required.

  • Must possess strong Microsoft Office skills to include advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Ability to lead a team and projects within department and across key TOUR stakeholders

  • Experience in solving for complex problems, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects at once

  • Experience gathering, tracking and reporting revenue

  • Success researching, analyzing, identifying, and presenting new ideas

  • Experience in aggregating, organizing and packaging data for presentation purposes

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales performance, revenue trends, and market dynamics across PGA Tour Events, ensuring accuracy and consistency of sales performance metrics
  • Develop detailed Margin Analysis, and identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks through advanced analytical modeling for tournaments
  • Design and maintain executive-level dashboards and scorecards to drive business visibility
  • Prepare contract "advance" valuations by sourcing cost/market information for proposed agreements to expedite approval process.
  • Lead / review Product Mix draft proposals to ensure best mix of products and price points that match the DMA's involved
  • Lead the development of sales forecasts, revenue projections, and business planning models, creating clear, actionable insights
  • Support annual planning processes and quarterly business reviews and collaborate with leadership to establish realistic targets and performance benchmarks.
