We are seeking a Program Coordinator, Office of the CMO to join our team for this hybrid opportunity out of our Waltham, MA office.
Job Summary
The Program Coordinator provides operational support and project management for the Executive Customer Relations and Clinical Workflow teams under the Office of the Chief Medical Officer (CMO). The Office of the CMO works closely with Imprivata customers to understand their challenges, share knowledge and best practices, and speed the successful implementation of our solutions. It is a channel for communication between Imprivata customers and our executive team, helping to inform product and business strategies. Imprivata's CMO and members of the team are sought-after experts and thought leaders who are frequently featured speakers at industry events and quoted in the press and social media.
Supporting the Office of the CMO requires proficiency in communication (written and verbal), project and time management, budgeting, technology, including data entry, analysis and reporting. The Project Coordinator will communicate and coordinate cross-functionally with all levels of Imprivata employees, customers, and partners. The ideal candidate should be passionate about making healthcare more efficient and available, and curious about the impact that technology can have on improving patient care.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Track and report clinical and customer activities using Salesforce, OneNote, and similar tools.
  • Support data analysis to improve clinical operations using Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and OneNote.
  • Liaise with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to coordinate cross-team projects and logistics.
  • Plan and oversee Customer Advisor visits to the Imprivata Executive Briefing Center.
  • Research and plan meetings and social engagements between Imprivata executives and Customer Advisors in the industry.
  • Manage event logistics for executives and customers, assisting or leading as needed.
  • Handle purchase orders, invoices, and vendor paperwork in Avid and NetSuite.
  • Coordinate Imprivata programs with CHIME (College of Healthcare Information Management Executives). These programs may include focus groups, surveys, roundtables, CHIME Fall Forum, Conferences, podcasts, webinars and entertainment.
  • Other duties as assigned and required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics/Finance, Information Technology, Communications, Marketing or related field (or evidence of working toward such a degree, or equivalent prior working experience)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in project planning and coordination with organizational and logistical skills.
  • Experience with customer relationship management tools, such as Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, OneNote, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with internal stakeholders and customers alike.
  • Willingness to learn and ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities in a positive manner.
  • Ability to function autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in PR, Marketing, Event Planning, Social Media a plus.

This position offers a salary range of $77,800.00 to $87,800.00 (inclusive of variable compensation such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be found here. This salary range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
