JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform job walks with operations and contractors.
*Generate accurate job plans with complete job sequences that tie together estimated Labor resources, parts, materials, equipment, and internal/external services required to complete jobs.
*Resolve priority, scope, job step, and resource requirement issues.
*Preferred knowledge and experience with IPS software.

Traveling to field to scope the requested work and determine job needs such as PPE, parts, lifting equipment, scaffolding, insulation removal/replacement, abatement and so forth, to develop estimate.
*Requisition appropriate parts and materials for each job.
*1 year or more years of experience working with multiple skilled crafts such as pipefitters, insulators, rotating equipment mechanics, and welders.
