Job Description

We are looking for a high-impactManager, Consolidation & Long-Range Planning to join our fast-paced, analytically driven Finance team. This is not a traditional FP&A role. This is a strategic Finance leadership position designed for top-tier talent with consulting or investment banking backgrounds who thrive in dynamic, growth-oriented environments.As the primary owner of the consolidated budget, forecast, and long-range plan, you will work cross-functionally with teams across Consumer, Business, Operations, and Capital Planning to gather consolidated outputs, challenge assumptions, and translate business activity into a unified financial story. You'll drive the end-to-end planning calendar and ensure our financial outputs reflect both the strategic direction and operational realities of the business.In addition to managing core FP&A processes, you'll partner closely with functional and senior executives to provide real-time insights, scenario modeling, and proactive recommendations that support decision-making at the highest levels of the company. As a Manager, Consolidation & Long-Range Planning, your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the consolidated budgeting, long-range planning, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate performance and support key decisions
  • Work closely with the reporting team on interpretation and evaluation of monthly business trends, including budget variance of financial results and Key Performance Indicators to identify areas of risk and opportunities to inform the forecasting process
  • Partner with functional and senior leadership to translate business drivers into actionable financial insights
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, offering proactive insights on risks, opportunities, and strategic trade-offs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business units, accounting, and operations to synthesize complex information into clear, concise deliverables
  • Identify and drive process improvements and automation initiatives across FP&A tools and reporting systems
  • Act as thought leader within the FP&A team by sharing best practices and identifying enhancement opportunities for the team
  • Mentor junior team members, instilling analytical rigor and strategic thinking
  • Create and present executive-level materials and board-ready financial packages
Qualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, management consulting, or FP&A at a high-growth company
  • Telecom or network-oriented business experience
  • Expert-level financial modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting capabilities
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Anaplan, SAP, Hyperion, or similar planning
  • Track record of working with senior leadership and communicating financial insights clearly and confidently
  • Highly analytical with strong business acumen and attention to detail
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments and can manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels and functions

BONUS POINTS FOR:

  • MBA / CFA / CPA designation
  • 7+ years of experience with Strategic Corporate Finance in a large enterprise environment
  • Management Consultant or Investment Banking experience
  • Strong telecommunications product knowledge
