Summary of the Role TheCustomerSuccess Managerplaysan integral role in helping to increasecustomersatisfaction and brand loyalty for a fast-growing and award-winning software company.TheCustomerSuccess Manager is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of existing customer accounts. This role involves identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and enhancing customer engagement to ensure customer success and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of customer needs and the ability to develop strategies that align with business objectives. Theposition will also maintain customer satisfaction and retention by proactively addressing customer needs and issues. This role involves developing strategies to reduce churn, enhance customer engagement, and build long-term relationships with customers. About the Role

For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the target total cash compensation range for this role is $104,300 - $193,700. This is inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive. Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
