Position Summary

The position of Senior Manager will be responsible for shaping and driving the marketing strategy for Assurance, Tax and compliance-related businesses. This role will lead a dynamic team to develop the growth strategy in alignment with business leadership and will execute innovative marketing campaigns to prospective and existing clients. In addition, the Senior Manager role will collaborate closely across other business units and marketing functions to drive consistent and cohesive messaging and marketing strategies.

What will you do in this role?

• Develop and implement comprehensive growth and marketing strategies to support evolving business needs, while ensuring alignment with company and brand goals.

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team and foster a collaborative environment to drive innovation and efficiency in campaign execution.
• Oversee and implement the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, content, email, events, and social media, to generate leads, nurture prospects, and engage and expand relationships with existing clients.
• Provide consistent ROI reporting and metrics against goals set forth.
• Assist in the monitoring of competitive activity and customer needs.
• Manage a variety of marketing projects as assigned, assessing priorities, and coordinating multiple projects concurrently.
• Collaborate with business development teams to create, manage, and implement impactful marketing and sales enablement programs to increase visibility and drive new business opportunities.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance with granular detail to drive decision making and ongoing strategy.
• Assist with integration and on-boarding of acquired businesses.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, PR or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of leading marketing teams and executing successful campaigns. Experience in professional services preferred.
• Proficient in marketing strategies and tactics, including digital marketing, content marketing, lead generation, and events.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities; excellent strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a data-driven approach.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, project management, organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Extensive experience in the development of multi-touch campaigns and execution of email marketing, digital advertising, content creation, SEM, sales enablement, and Account Based Marketing.
• Ability to handle several projects simultaneously and embrace agility as changes occur.

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the midpoint of the salary range for this role is $100,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
