As the South Florida Aviation Lead, you will serve as our leader in this critical local market. This includes:

• Work cooperatively with other Area and National leaders and marketing staff on local marketing and production efforts and in developing and implementing a strategic plan for delivery and growth.
• Partner with Area Market Sector Lead and Airfield Design Business Class Lead to determine skills that are needed on the team.
• Assist in the selection, training, development, and management of technical personnel.
• Serve as a key partner to Senior Project Managers and Senior Engineers.
• Provide Client Management to select clients.
• Support Transportation and Aviation Market Sectors in identifying and recruiting key hires.
• Support our overall Airfield Design Business Class and Practice Groups in development and implementation of best practices
• Perform other duties as needed
