Aircraft Sealer

STS Technical Services is hiring Aircraft Sealers in Stuart, Florida to support a leading aerospace manufacturer working on major aircraft production programs. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with sealing experience in an aerospace or high-precision manufacturing environment. If you have a strong eye for detail, steady hands, and experience with various sealants, we want to hear from you.

• Perform sealing operations on aircraft structures and composite assemblies
  
• Accurately apply a variety of aerospace-grade sealants to designated surfaces
  
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical documents, and work instructions
  
• Use hand tools and power tools to prepare, apply, and verify proper sealing
  
• Conduct visual inspections and quality checks in accordance with company and FAA standards
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety guidelines
  
• Collaborate with quality assurance and production teams to ensure project accuracy and timelines
  

• 3+ years of sealing experience in an aerospace or related industrial environment preferred
  
• Strong familiarity with a wide range of aerospace sealants and application techniques
  
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and technical documentation
  
• Excellent manual dexterity and close attention to detail
  
• Must pass background check and drug screening
  
• High school diploma or GED required
