POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

Alutiiq Operations Services, LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Material Supply Clerk supporting Tinker Air Force Base located in Oklahoma City, OK. The Material Supply Clerk orders, maintains, inventories and issues materials to customers, updates data base, ledgers, maintain inventory records.



  • Prepares daily and monthly reports for Logistics Supervisor.
  • Performs inventories on government materials as required.
  • Performs required research, issue of transfer material and close out bill of material requests, assists in receipt of material, verifying the accuracy of receipt with purchase order.
  • Consolidates daily inventory adjustments for monthly processing.
  • Prepares government shipping documentation, process data entry into the Civil Engineer Data Management System, process issues and turn-ins through Civil Engineer Data Management System.
  • Print management products from the end of session reports, prepare and maintain documentation for Defense Reutilization Management Office (DRMO) turn-ins.
  • Maintain filing system; prepare correspondence, copying, answering phones, and stock received items.
  • Operates forklift.
  • Utilizes and interprets Air Force Instructions (AFI) works from verbal and written instructions.
  • Interfaces with customers and responsible for customer feedback, as applicable.
  • Operates motor vehicles in accordance with company vehicle policies.
  • Complies with applicable federal, state, United States Air Force (USAF) and Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) environmental laws and regulations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School diploma or equivalency.
  • Valid state driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of valid insurance.
  • Demonstrated skills in using various computer software, including ability to use the Windows operating system as well as common office software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Database Management.
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in retail supply operations.
  • Ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional & courteous manner in diverse situations
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licenses/IDs/certifications.
  • Ability to solve problems and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in technology.
  • Ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional & courteous manner in diverse situations.
  • Proficiency and knowledge of a variety of hand and power tools.
  • Demonstrated working ability read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Per Government Contract, you must be a U.S Citizen.


Preferred Qualifications and Experience:



  • Three (3) years' experience in retail supply operations.
  • Knowledge and experience in U.S.A.F. Logistical Operations and or Civil Engineer Material Acquisition Systems (CEMAS).
  • Prefer U.S.A.F. Supply Management background in supply, warehouse, distribution, or purchasing.
  • Prefer a good working knowledge of the governing supply and procurement systems, programs, policies and other established guidelines.
