Responsible for providing technical support and assistance to various service lines within the organization. Involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing equipment, as well as coordinating with different teams to ensure smooth operations.
Essential Functions: Provide technical assistance and support to service line teams in diagnosing and resolving equipment issues, including hardware, software, and network problems. Perform regular maintenance tasks on service line equipment to ensure optimal performance, including cleaning, calibrating, and replacing parts as necessary. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues in a timely manner, using appropriate tools and techniques to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency. Conduct repairs and restoration activities on malfunctioning equipment, following established protocols and safety guidelines. Disassembles, repairs, and reassembles components, or coordinates repairs with external vendors. High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Previous experience as endoscope reprocessing technician or central supply technician preferred. Physical Requirements
